Huh. This is strange. Being completely sincere with you, under my humble opinion, I don't see anything bad about this drawing. It's very well done, colored, detailed in every aspect possible...
...However (and as it's obvious already), it's clear that by the ratings of it, everyone doesn't have the same kind of way to think, nor tastes and preferences, giving you... this unexpected result. Could have been perhaps the 'style' that you decided to use? Could have maybe been the looks of the character itself? Who knows. I wouldn't know how to properly answer you and give you a proper response about what you could have improved either. But hey, don't desperate, because in this life, there's (except for evident exceptions, like death) almost always a solution for everything, and I think that for this problem, the best option for you to resolve this is by asking for opinions and constructive criticism at the Art Forum for getting the answers (and also even the advices) that you're currently asking for.
Having said all this, I hope that my own comment and 'indirect' advice ends up resulting useful to you. Have a stupendous day. o7
